What a perfect card to receive on New Year's Eve; as we take a moment not just to reflect on all that’s happened this past year, but also taking time to look ahead.

For me personally, I’ve taken a step back from my practice, especially over the last few months. I’ve stepped into the shadow world and given myself a place of understanding, a place to heal. So much of the past has come forward, boundaries have been put in place and healing has begun in a way I’ve only dreamt about. It’s a process of stepping out of the narrative I’ve lived in for so long and allowing myself to rewrite my story.

It’s taken moments of connecting to my muse, my guides, my ancestors, and my higher self, deepen my connection to Spirit and reminding myself that to be a spiritual leader does not mean denying myself of pleasure. That to be a healer and a guide means acknowledging I’m not completely healed and that I will always need guidance, that’s the only way to keep learning and growing.

As we step into the new year, I wish you love and all that flows from love. I look forward to growing more as an individual and stepping back onto my path as a healer and guide and mostly stepping into my own light while I embrace my shadow side. This is how we become whole, by embracing all of who we are with opened arms of love.
